Measurements
All of our custom items are made to the measurements that you provide or o/s if indicated in the product discription. If no measurements are provided, then your garments will be made based on the general size that you give us. Based on US metric system.
Please review our measurement guide and complete it. We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor/seamstress or having someone help you. Measuring by yourself will cause inaccurate measurement results and subsequent disappointing and/or costly issues.
Measurements should be taken in the undergarments you plan to wear under your design. Ankara is a wax cotton fabric and does not have any give. Please make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, like you'd want your garment to fit. We recommend that you size up to your largest measurement - it's always easier to take something in than to let it out!
When ordering custom attire, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, in which has to be done by your tailor of choice and at cost to you.
Turn around time
Please note, custom order turn around time is 4 weeks. Rush orders are available for additional cost. If you need an item sooner, please email us at info@greenbooktravel.com to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order, as you cannot cancel an order once we have begun the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you lose your deposit.
Shipment
Payment in full due prior to shipment or delivery of items. Delivery for local purchased items may be a option as a courtesy. Please consult with your sales representative. All items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
All of our items are authentic. Our fabic is hand sourced in Africa. We use fashion artisans in West African to bring your designs alive, with love.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Social Fabik's philosophy of custom made clothes is one of the reasons our company is so unique! Our choices are so varied that it is easy for each customer to own a garment unlike any other customer. No more than 10% of our items are identical.
Social Fabrik's products are custom manufactured and cannot be returned or refunded. We thoroughly inspect ALL items before shipping. We are not responsible for damage during shipment. Social Fabrik strives to deliver the best possible customer service to our customers. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Custom Designs are manufactured to fit your specifications. Production on new orders routinely begins at the receipt of your deposit and confirmation. In the event you need to change or cancel your order, deposits are non refundable. The deposit is applied to your custom order total cost.
SHIPPING
The total balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.

You may select one of the following delivery methods for stcck items.
Standard Delivery - 5-7 working days
Expedited- Available Monday -Thursday except bank recognized holidays.
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed. All items require a signature on receipt.
**We use UPS for delivery, and therefor we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
